Travel Survey: People are ready to fly

This article from TravelAgencyCentral.com shows that while we may be restricted for now, people are looking forward to when travel restrictions are lifter. 78% of people say they are happiest when they can travel. Perhaps thats a reflection of most of us being tired of being stuck at home.

The survey was conducted by Exodus Travel.

The travel destinations of the world rank pretty evenly, with Europe coming out slightly ahead of the rest of the locations. Of the Americans surveyed, 37% percent ranked European travel as first, 36% said Central America, and 34% put Asia on top.

77% of the respondents are basing much of their travel “dreams” based on the available companies (hotels, tour groups and airlines) and what they offer. In other words, trusted brands will matter.
